ciao ragazzi ho provato a installare questo nuovo firm sulle mie bts ed ho riscontrato dei problemi.
tra quelli più significativi il forte ritardo prima l'ap iniziasse a ritrasmettere e quindi ad riassociare i client, parlo di oltre 10 minuti. era come se fosse trasparente.

in più è stato aggiunto l'ariselect, la quale funzionalità serve a cambiare frequenza se la stessa è disturbata, diciamo una buona cosa se non altro che crea instabilità, perche nel cambio da una freq all'altra stacca gli user e ci vogliono 10 minuti prima di ripristinarli.

Questi problemi con il 5.2 non sono presenti, anzi lo trovo come uno dei migliori firm per la modalità AP. gia dalla 5.2.1 inizio a vedere questi problemi.

Voi li avete testati? che parere mi date? grazie a tutti

Ciao a tutti, ho provato il nuovo firmware 5.3 su diversi apparati, vi dirò sui client niente da segnalare, appena installato su alcuni access point 2 sono spariti !!!! La cosa mi è costata diverse ore di lavoro ma alla fine penso che sia stata la lentezza a ritornare operativi combinata alla funzione watchdog ... in pratica sono dovuto andare sul luogo e collegarmi alla lan per riprenderli ...
Quindi confermo la lentezza aggiunta soprattutto se si mette come frequenza auto con DFS, come si dovrebbe fare ...
Per quanto riguarda l'airselect la cosa è un po diversa, l'AP cambia frequenza ogni TOT millisecondi e non ci vogliono 10 minuti ogni volta, continua a farlo tot volte al secondo quindi molto velocemente, funziona SOLO se tutti i client sono 5.3 altrimenti li perdi ...
Farò altre prove.

abbiamo la stesso problema allora. io questi problemi li ho iniziati a trovare dalla 5.2.1. per me la 5.2 è tra le meglio
